All images are available for use by Monalisa Colditz in any media, competitions, advertising and any other purpose and for any purpose (except pornographic and defamatory). The images captured during the test are only for the personal use of the CLIENTS and their friends and relatives. CLIENTS are granted the license to print and use photos from their photo shoot by Monalisa Colditz, for personal use, including: printing, in emails, wedding thank you cards, photo albums, and the like. If you publish on any website, or social network including Facebook and Instagram, it is necessary to give credit to the photographer, marked her social networks in the photos. CLIENTS may not sell the images or use them for commercial purposes, such as in magazines or other advertising, and may not alter the images in any way without the photographer's permission.

Coverage and delivery : Monalisa Colditz is not required to deliver all images captured during the test. The determination of the images delivered to the CLIENTS is left to the photographer. The photographic coverage always depends on the circumstances and conditions of the essay in question, however the style will always be as close as possible to the works presented in the portfolio.

Editing and post-production: The post-production and final editing styles, effects and general appearance of the images are left to the PHOTOGRAPHER. It will not be claimed in any way if the client has imagined another style of photographs or video for his essay. Since when he signed an agreement he claims to have viewed the portfolio on the website and social networks, he claims to accept the said style and type of photographs in both graphic and artistic quality.

After the test, the photos will be edited and delivered in digital JPG format in high resolution, through a link (dropbox or wetransfer) sent to the customer's email. Within a maximum of two weeks.

Payment method: In case the CLIENT does not make payment before the photos are delivered, the photographer reserves the right to immediately terminate this agreement with no additional obligation, retain any amounts already paid, and the final work will also not be sent, and in a deleted 6-month period.

Recommendations: Discs can corrupt over time, so as soon as CLIENTS receive the final job, it is highly recommended to make multiple copies and store them in different locations. After delivery of the final product, a storage fee may be charged if a backup copy is required.

AFTER THE DELIVERY OF THE FINAL WORK, THE PHOTOGRAPHER HAS NO OBLIGATION TO KEEP OR PRESERVE THE DIGITAL FILES. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRESERVATION OF THE SAME.
